We want you to feel as comfortable in our pieces as you do in your own skin. If your Rubber Mulch fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
